SVP of Supply Chain

We desire a results-driven supply chain operational executive with extensive experience leading end-to-end operations across procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory management within high-volume food distribution environments.

Proven track record of driving EBITDA growth through network optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and service level improvements in complex, multi-site operations.

Brings strong expertise in demand planning, vendor negotiations, and cold-chain logistics, with a focus on operational rigor, scalability, and margin expansion.

Experienced in PE-backed settings, with a clear focus on value creation, KPI-driven performance management, and rapid execution of strategic initiatives.

Known for building and developing high-performing teams, implementing data-driven processes, and aligning supply chain strategy with aggressive growth objectives, including M&A integration and footprint rationalization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including 5+ years in food and beverage or perishable goods environments
• Proven leadership of end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, logistics, distribution, inventory, demand planning) in complex, multi-site settings
• Experienced in PE-backed settings highly prefered
