Systems and Network Administrator
Fuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.
Fuze Logistics Services is seeking a systems and Network Administrator with 2–4 years of experience to support and maintain our multi-site IT infrastructure. This role involves managing cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting users across our different office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure across 7 offices using Cisco Meraki routers and switches
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime across all sites
- Manage and support virtual machines hosted with Sherweb and AET Solutions
- Maintain and support hybrid identity infrastructure (on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, backups, and upgrades
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated end-user issues
- Manage user access, permissions, and security policies across systems
- Document systems, processes, and configurations
- Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure improvements, migrations, and deployments
- Support and guide team members and IT users by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Contribute to user training initiatives and promote effective use of IT systems and tools
- Help prioritize tasks and coordinate activities to ensure efficient team operations
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in systems and/or network administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (or similar platforms)
- Experience managing Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Experience with virtualized environments and cloud-hosted infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Assets
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Familiarity with security tools and frameworks
- Experience with endpoint management (e.g., Intune or similar tools)
- IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Network+)
