We are seeking a motivated entry level Sales Representative to join our T-Mobile sales team. This role focuses on driving new sales, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships with business customers.

Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and engaging potential customers
Manage and grow a portfolio of business accounts
Present and sell T-Mobile products and services, including wireless plans, internet solutions, and connected devices
Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Track sales activity and customer information in CRM systems
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented with a competitive and driven mindset
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
Coachable and eager to grow within a sales career
Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
