Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be tasked with overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Responsibilities include developing and executing hiring strategies, implementing employer branding initiatives, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes to attract top talent.

The role also requires close collaboration with department heads to identify workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.

Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and overall Recruiting processesProven experience in Hiring skilled professionals for diverse rolesProficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessmentCapability to develop and execute Employer Branding strategiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration and candidate engagementAbility to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlinesKnowledge of recruitment tools and HR softwareBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or certifications in HR are a plusExperience in talent acquisition within IT, technology, or consulting is preferred
