Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the organizations growth. This role involves managing a team, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting hiring targets. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goalsManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirementsLead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targetsDrive employer branding initiatives to attract top talentUtilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agenciesMonitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.)Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable labor lawsStay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Qualifications & ExperienceMasters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial roleProven experience in handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring across functionsStrong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques
