Talent Acquisition Partner

Use your skills where innovative technology solutions begin. ECLARO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for our client in Overland Park, KS. ECLARO’s client is a leading consumer products company with a global presence.

Position Overview

• Be a part of our high‑performing global TA team and partner with commercial business and HR leaders to understand their talent strategy and hiring priorities in order to provide proactive recruiting support, requisition management, and TA advice.
• Act as a true talent advisor, guiding and influencing hiring teams through the end‑to‑end process while ensuring a unique experience for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from strategic intake through flawless offer delivery, exceeding expectations at every stage.
• Conduct detailed intake conversations with hiring managers and develop strategic sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.
• Partner with HR and functional leaders to understand and anticipate talent needs.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions, and technology.
• Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the appropriate audience.
• Use industry‑leading tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast) to stay on the cutting edge of talent market trends and drive innovative sourcing approaches.
• Participate in annual Talent Acquisition (TA) project work, technology reviews, and system implementations.
• Deploy creative techniques to attract top talent for roles requiring unique skill sets, diversity, and speed to hire.
• Ensure talent pipelines are strong, diverse, and future‑ready.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within a global company and/or agency environment.
• In‑house recruitment experience (e.g., Corporate, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, or similar).
• Demonstrated sourcing expertise resulting in the development of strong talent pipelines.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with candidates while assessing profiles against role requirements.
• Prior experience with Talent Acquisition specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SuccessFactors ATS, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Talent Acquisition experience within the Consumer Products / Consumer Goods industry.
• Experience engaging and managing the performance of third‑party search firms.
• Knowledge of best recruitment practices, employment law, and hiring regulations.
• Ability to understand and analyze recruitment funnel data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.

Pay Rate

$41.60 - $55.34 per hour
