Driven by Dobbs, our family of brands brings together Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers—founded in 1976 in South St. Louis, MO as a family‑owned complete auto care provider—and Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care, founded in 1969 in Cleveland, OH. Together, we have grown into a rapidly expanding, multi‑market automotive service organization that will operate across eight states in 2026, with continued growth on the horizon.

Dobbs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to perform full cycle, high volume recruiting for various operational groups and lines of business across the company. This position will support a diverse group of team members within the automotive repair industry that includes blue collar, professional services, and leadership teams ensuring a strong level of customer experience, integrity, and support is provided. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer centric, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic.
ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing internal and external candidates for various operational groups across the company, including some hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Performs full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting and manages up to 20–25 requisitions at a time, depending on role complexity.
- Recruits for positions across multiple levels of the organization, ensuring qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate candidate data within the ATS to track progress and support reporting on key metrics and KPIs. Conducts regular reviews to ensure data accuracy.
- Delivers a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Partners with hiring managers to understand current staffing needs and proactively builds pipelines for recurring or high‑turnover roles.
- Builds strong working relationships with hiring managers and effectively supports offer discussions and expectation alignment.
- Presents information clearly and professionally in meetings with hiring managers and candidates.
- Supports culture initiatives driven by the People department by participating in events and encouraging engagement within assigned areas.

EXPERIENCEAND EDUCATION:
- 3+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience required
- Previous experience within the automotive environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
