Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in building high‑performing clinical teams by leading all recruitment efforts for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and related clinical positions. This individual partners closely with operational and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, forecast growth, and design targeted strategies to attract top BCBA talent in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Leads the full life cycle recruiting process from start to finish in conjunction with hiring leaders including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool, and offer negotiation.
- Applies thorough understanding of local and national job market, early indicators of change/trends, and related information to proactively keep the recruitment function cutting edge.
- Serve as an ambassador for the department and company at on/off site events as needed.
- Proactively assess organizational strategic growth plans and develop recruitment strategies to meet short- and long-term staffing goals of the assigned region.
- Utilize creative and non-traditional recruitment strategies to help build an experienced, skilled, and diverse talent pool.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensure optimal candidate experience, maintain communication throughout entire process and positively represent Hopebridge.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with regional managers, HRBPs, and clinic leaders for the assigned territory.
- Train hiring managers on interviewing skills, talent acquisition process, and retention practices.
- Ensure consistent compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with colleges, community partners, search firms, temporary staffing agencies, professional associations, and other organizations that provide recruitment value.
- Act as an industry expert to assist hiring managers with process questions, provide status updates, support candidate management, and other common requests.
- Attend and participate in weekly team and territory meetings.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Must have 2-5 years’ experience in a HR, staffing, or related department preferably within a healthcare environment with a working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflow; knowledge of affirmative action documentation and applicable data reporting.
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) hiring experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Paylocity preferred.
Physical Demands
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It may also require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
