Hybrid Remote - 3 days in Office in Oak Brook, IL
This role serves as a strategic recruitment partner supporting assigned business units and delivering top talent aligned to business priorities. You will lead full life cycle recruitment, advise hiring managers on talent strategy, and ensure a consistent and values aligned hiring experience. This role plays a critical part in workforce planning, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and human resources leaders while contributing to continuous improvement across talent acquisition. This position reports to Talent Acquisition leadership and operates within the Human Resources function.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full life cycle recruitment for assigned business areas from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers and human resources business partners to define role needs and hiring strategies
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting channels
- Conduct intake meetings and translate business needs into actionable recruitment plans
- Screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and selection tools
- Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health recruiting progress and market insights
- Ensure hiring practices align with company values and employment regulations

Required Skills
- Three to five years of recruitment experience supporting professional or corporate roles
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and talent pipelining capability
- Demonstrated interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and partner with hiring leaders
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for hard to fill or specialized roles
- Experience using market intelligence or talent insights tools
Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $25-30/hour during the contract period and on Conversion to FTE. The annual salary range is anticipated to be $76-95K. Actual hourly rate and salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
