Job Details
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic and progressive Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring our company is hiring the best possible talent, and will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization.
This is a permanent, full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi‑site organization.
- Partner with company leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
- Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
- Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
- Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a full life cycle environment, including management of multiple high‑volume roles simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing a full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with databases, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or French is a plus.
- Proven ability to work within a fast‑paced, highly skilled team.
- Strong decision‑making skills.
