We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who loves connecting with talent, spotting potential, and building teams that make a real impact. Recruitment is as much about culture, energy, and experience as it is about skills and CVs. You’ll take ownership of hiring across our headquarters and retail teams, working across The Netherlands, Belgium, the DACH region, and potential new markets.

From first contact to offer and onboarding, you’ll guide candidates through the full journey — creating a smooth and engaging experience along the way. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, shaping roles together and helping bring our employer brand to life. You’ll also build long-term relationships with talent so we’re always ready for what’s next.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of hiring across headquarters and retail teams in The Netherlands, Belgium, the DACH region, and potential new markets.
• Manage the full recruitment journey from first contact to offer and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to shape roles and bring the employer brand to life.
• Build long-term relationships with talent to ensure readiness for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, people-first mindset.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English; other languages are welcome.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and excited to be part of a growing, fashion-driven organisation.
