About the Role
LaserAway is seeking a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support our continued growth. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization.
You’ll partner closely with leadership to deliver a high-quality, efficient hiring process while elevating the candidate experience and strengthening our talent pipeline. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
Own Full-Cycle RecruitingLead end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Build Strong Talent PipelinesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with LeadersCollaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and advise on hiring strategies, market trends, and candidate selection.
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate ExperienceEnsure every candidate interaction reflects our brand—clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a professional, engaging process from start to finish.
Leverage Data to Drive ResultsTrack and analyze key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) to continuously improve performance and outcomes.
Strengthen Employer BrandSupport initiatives that position LaserAway as an employer of choice, including participation in hiring events and contributing to talent attraction strategies.
What You Bring
- 2–4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines across multiple channels
- Confidence partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (ClearCo a plus!)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 + performance-based incentives
