The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in supporting Mattr’s hiring needs by delivering consistent, high‑volume recruitment across a variety of roles. This position focuses on efficiently managing full‑cycle recruitment while ensuring a strong candidate experience, high productivity, and alignment with business hiring goals.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to manage multiple requisitions, maintain active candidate pipelines, and meet hiring targets related to time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work within structured processes while adapting to changing hiring priorities.

High‑Volume Recruitment Delivery
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple functions
- Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent
- Maintain consistent activity levels to meet hiring timelines and productivity targets
Hiring Coordination & Execution
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment execution
- Support structured intake discussions and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and expectations
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through job postings, databases, referrals, and outreach
- Proactively identify talent to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs
