Job Description
PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic, full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team at a leading global manufacturing and technology center in Hudson, WI. This facility is a hub for advanced industrial processing solutions, focusing on design, engineering, and customized process optimization.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership-from Managers to Vice Presidents-to identify and secure top talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to execute workforce-aligned hiring plans.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the recruitment process from intake to offer, utilizing KPIs to ensure high-quality hires and optimal timelines.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor by providing hiring managers with talent intelligence and market insights.
- Sourcing & Pipeline: Design proactive sourcing strategies and build strategic talent pipelines for future business needs.
- Process Management: Handle job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection while tracking all activity in the ATS.
- Candidate Experience: Champion an exceptional journey for every candidate through each stage of the process.
- Employer Branding: Support local branding initiatives, including university partnerships and career fairs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Technical Skills: Strong mastery of full-lifecycle recruiting, interviewing strategies, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.
- Schedule: Hybrid flexibility (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
