Talent Acquisition Specialist

Personalized 1:1 Coaching. Remote or Hybrid from our Barcelona, Bratislava or Prague offices. Base salary + performance bonus for successfully placed headhunted candidates (paid after probation).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to signed offer.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Actively source and build pipelines (outbound and inbound).
• Manage inbound pipelines and maintain strong funnel health.
• Conduct structured interviews and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and keep processes moving efficiently.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives such as attending meetups, writing blog posts, LinkedIn posts.
• Build strong partnership with Hiring Managers: advise, challenge, influence.
• Own Individual Contributor-level roles and lower Management roles across Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, Finance, and People.
• Accountable for time-to-fill and hiring quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (years indicative).
• Proven experience hiring internationally, mainly for Sales roles.
• Strong sourcing mindset and confidence in outbound recruitment.
• Comfortable working across international markets.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Collaborative, curious, driven, commercially aware.
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Stays on top of AI and modern recruitment trends.
• Not afraid to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques or automation and introduce them to the team.
• Thrives in collaborative environments where feedback is open and ideas are shared.
• Think about how to make hiring smarter, not just faster.
