Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work Type: Remote
Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on high-volume hourly, skilled trades, and non-exempt roles. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to design and execute strategic, data-driven recruiting initiatives that support organizational growth while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

- Recruiting technology and tools proficiency
- Strong data analysis and talent insights capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with skilled trades recruiting
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies focused on:
- Speed
- Quality
- Diversity
- Candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including:
- Intake sessions
- Candidate sourcing
- Interview coordination
- Offer process and debriefs
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to align on workforce needs
- Provide consultative support on hiring strategies and talent market insights
- Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
Sourcing & Talent Market Expertise
- Act as a subject matter expert on:
- Talent market trends
- Competitor hiring practices
- Sourcing strategies
- Utilize grassroots and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent
Data & Process Optimization
- Analyze recruiting metrics and performance data to drive improvements
- Optimize recruiting tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and engagement
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Support and drive employer branding initiatives
- Participate in community outreach and recruiting events to strengthen pipelines
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and team members
- Share best practices and industry insights
Compliance
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (agency experience a plus)
- Experience recruiting:
- High-volume hourly roles
- Skilled trades positions
- Professional and technical roles
Core Skills
- Strong business acumen with ability to align talent strategies to organizational goals
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:

- PowerPoint
- Experience with recruiting technologies and ATS platforms
