Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Kube Group, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is excited to join our team and make a real impact!

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of our efforts to attract talent and build the future of the group.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs and create personalised recruitment plans that help us find the best people for each role.
• Talent Sourcing: Use your creativity to find and engage with top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Candidate Interviews: Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we’re looking for.
• Building Connections: Develop and maintain a strong network of talented professionals for our current and future needs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly.
• Improving Our Approach: Use recruitment metrics to see how we’re doing and find ways to improve our strategies, always aiming to make our processes smoother and more effective.

Here’s what we’re hoping you bring to the team:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving environment.

Skills:

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and how to find great candidates.
• Great communication skills—you love talking to people and building relationships.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Personal Attributes:

• Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Native Spanish and fluent English, French is a plus.
