Teacher/ Mentor for UAE ( not the average story)

This is not a teaching job.

Most teachers stand in front of a classroom.

You will sit inside a real company — with 100+ active business tenants, real contracts, real cash flow — and guide 12–13 year olds through it. Every. Single. Day.

No whiteboard. No textbook exercises. No simulated business games.

We are building something that does not exist anywhere in the world: a full-time education program where children spend their mornings on Cambridge IGCSE online school and their afternoons working inside a real industrial real estate business in Ajman, UAE.

Your job is not to teach theory. Your job is to make a 13-year-old understand why a cash flow statement matters — by showing them the real one.

What we are looking for: Someone who has lived in the real world before entering education. Or someone who never fully left it. You understand business basics. You speak to young people in a way that clicks. You don't need a script — you need curiosity and structure.

What this is:

• Full-time, on-site, Ajman UAE
• Start: June/July 2026
• You work alongside a founder who built this company from zero

What this is not:

• A conventional school
• A remote position
