Your job:

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the EmbeddedTesting Team• Responsibility over validation and verification of products and systems in electrical automation• Develop,coach, and support directly assigned employees• Assist test with resource allocation and project planning• Defineteamstrmanagementategy,set targets,and optimize workflows and test infrastructure• Promoteinternationalcooperation and establish standards in collaboration with development and test departmentsYour qualification:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or any equivalent field• Minimum8yearsofrelevantprofessional experience,ideally initial management experience• Strong technical understanding and sound knowledge of electrical automation, process knowledge, particularly in productdevelopmentandchangemanagement• Experienceinteamdevelopment,coaching, and test strategy• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills• Proficiency in test management tools and automation processes
