We are partnering with a reputable international bank to hire a Team Lead within their Priority Banking team. This role will oversee a team of client service managers ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and a high standard of client servicing for affluent client portfolios.

What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage a team of 4–5 client service managers, driving service quality, productivity, and team performanceOversee daily client servicing activities, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and client instruction handlingAct as the key escalation point for client queries and operational issuesPartner closely with Relationship Managers to support client engagement and ensure timely execution of requestsEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML standards

What We’re Looking ForExperience in Priority Banking as an RM Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of banking products (e.g. deposits, investments, basic wealth products)Familiarity with KYC, AML, and operational processes
