Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and engineering teams in delivering cloud-native, microservices-based solutions. You will work across Java/Quarkus, Node.js, OpenShift, and event-driven platforms to ensure scalable and well-integrated systems. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, APIs, and integration specs. Collaborate with engineering teams (Java, Node.js, OpenShift, integration) on solution design. Support event-driven architectures (APIs, messaging, topics, data flows). Maintain end-to-end traceability and perform impact analysis across systems. Participate in Agile delivery (grooming, sprint planning, UAT support). Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment. Key Requirements3–7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA. Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes concepts and distributed systems. Ability to interpret technical artefacts (API specs, schemas, logs). Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to HaveExposure to Solace, Kafka, or messaging platforms. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or observability practices. Background in large enterprise or regulated environments.
