Technical Operations Engineer (consultant/senior Consultant)

Role Overview

Responsible for building, operating, and optimizing technical systems

Work closely with development teams to ensure product stability, security, and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications built with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and operate containerized applications using Docker
• Design, administer, and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Integrate and manage GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity
• Explore and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across systems and applications
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows
• Propose and apply DevOps and Technical Operations best practices
• Participate in shift rotation and standby duties to support business operations, including:
  • Monitoring systems and responding to incidents outside regular business hours
  • Providing timely responses to urgent alerts or service requests
  • Ensuring smooth handover between shifts and maintaining incident documentation

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, or Backend Engineering

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
• Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot in development workflows
• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools or projects is an advantage

Other Requirements

• Willingness to support shift rotations and after‑hours operational support when required
• Strong problem‑solving mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
