Technical Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Sunrise, FL. The ideal candidate drives predictable, on‑time delivery by overseeing backlog readiness and Agile ceremonies while proactively managing RAID items.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Project Manager Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and transparency.
• Oversee backlog readiness, sprint execution, and release planning while partnering closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Drive predictable, on‑time delivery by managing scope, milestones, WBS, and critical‑path activities.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks using RAID methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Tech, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Deliver clear, executive‑level status updates to senior leadership with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in Technical Project Management within Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands‑on experience supporting or leading Scrum ceremonies and managing Jira/Rally for project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and provide clear, executive‑level communication and status reporting to senior leadership.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
