Technical Project Manager
The Role:
This isn't a typical project management role.
You'll lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and platform solutions that power real-world experiences—supporting creative teams, global deployments, and environments where reliability actually matters.
From virtual desktop environments to large-scale installations, you'll be the connective tissue between engineering, operations, and the field—turning ambitious ideas into systems that work seamlessly in production.
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects across platform engineering and infrastructure services
- Lead deployment of VDI and remote compute solutions that enable artists, engineers, and distributed teams to work without limits
- Coordinate global rollouts—aligning internal teams, vendors, and field crews across regions and time zones
- Partner with engineering to bring together infrastructure, networking, and cloud services into scalable, production-ready solutions
- Manage vendors and integrators to ensure seamless delivery of hardware, software, and on-site implementations
- Build and drive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies—keeping execution sharp and predictable
- Act as the central point of alignment across engineering, operations, creative, and installation teams
- Ensure systems are built for performance, scalability, and reliability in live, high-stakes environments
- Develop repeatable deployment models that make future rollouts faster and more efficient
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders—providing visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions
- Support procurement and contract processes to keep projects moving without friction
- 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects in infrastructure, platform engineering, or similar domains
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud/hybrid environments, and platform systems
- Experience delivering projects involving:
- Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
- Remote provisioning and distributed systems
- Cloud and/or hybrid infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead global deployments with distributed teams and field operations
- Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and external partners
- Strong communicator who can translate between technical teams and business or creative stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects while maintaining clarity and forward momentum
- Experience in media, entertainment, themed experiences, or large-scale installations
- Familiarity with networking, storage, and remote access technologies
- Experience supporting field deployments or live production environments
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management background
- Experience working alongside creative or production teams
- You bring clarity to complex, fast-moving environments
- You anticipate problems and solve them before they become blockers
- You're comfortable operating where software meets the real world
- You lead through influence, alignment, and trust—not just process
- You care about execution—and take pride in delivering things that actually work
