Job Description
- Lead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program, a complex, multiphase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI‑ready data platform.
- Translate strategy into execution, developing an end‑to‑end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment by working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
- Manage program governance and cadence, establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.
- Require proven experience managing large‑scale enterprise data transformation/modernization programs in complex, cross‑functional environments.
- Tech requirements: be well‑versed with data management, data warehousing, data lake concepts, data modeling practice, and aspects of data transformation to migrate from old to new. SQL skill is a plus.
