We’re seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to drive business growth by supporting existing accounts and securing new opportunities. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional ready to make an impact.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Direct Hire: Territory Sales Engineer

Travel: ~60% weekly within Dallas, TX

We’re looking for a Territory Sales Engineer to drive business growth by supporting existing accounts and securing new opportunities. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Hit territory sales & growth goals through new business + account retention
• Identify market trends, competition, and opportunities
• Maintain clear communication with Sales Management on accounts, programs, and challenges
• Generate leads, share market insights, and represent the company at trade shows
• Build strong relationships with users & distributors to preserve and expand business
• Support fellow Outside Sales team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) OR equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience (OEM sales a plus)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel ~40-60% weekly
