Designation: Technical Support Engineer - L2
Experience : 10 - 15 Years
Location : Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hiring and Training: Recruit, onboarding , and provide comprehensive training for support staff.
Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor individual and team performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
Employee Development: Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and skilled support.
Scheduling and Resources: Manage staff scheduling and resources and arive at Shift schedule.
Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and issues.
Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to improve and ensure high-quality support services, enhancing the overall customer experience. Must Have Skills:
Extensive knowledge of serialization at all levels (L1 thorough L4 and supply chain)
Extensive knowledge of vision inspections on packaging lines.
Candidate with Line provisioning knowledge is preferred.
