Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to start their career in technical support and learn in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of databases, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting concepts, along with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications, systems, and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, databases, and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance using cloud monitoring tools and respond to alerts.
- Analyze logs and identify root causes of production issues.
- Assist in deployment support and basic configuration changes.
- Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation for known issues, fixes, and processes.
- Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLA requirements.
- Provide support during production releases and maintenance windows.
- Basic knowledge of Databases (SQL queries, troubleshooting, performance basics).
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP basics).
- Experience or familiarity with Monitoring Tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of logs analysis and debugging techniques.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Kubernetes / Docker.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with incident management and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Awareness of security best practices.
Qualifications
BCA/BSC or related degree
