Technical Support Team Lead

Position : Technical Support Team LeadJob Location : Simpang Ampat Job Responsibilities:Familiar with PCB processes and capable of proposing solutions to common issues.Able to independently analyse the causes of quality issues and compile technical reports.Promote company products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.Provide technical support at customer sites.Analyse quality issues and determine responsibility while proposing improvement plans.Assist with departmental management tasks.Must be able to travel either oversea or within Malaysia upon requested Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related field.Minimum 3 years of team lead working experiences in PCB related field eg: Process Engineer/ Research & Development, Project Management, New Product Introduction.Added advantage: Familiar with PCB’s material processes (CCL, PP, Fiber Glass, etc).Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Good verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, as has to deal with China/Taiwan counterpart.
