Job Description
The Technical Recruiter is a strategic hiring partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across Engineering, Product, and IT. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute recruiting strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is both people-centric and data-driven, with strong technical fluency and a high sense of ownership.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for EMEA based technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans
- Manage multiple requisitions across teams, levels, and technical disciplines
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
- Craft compelling outreach that reflects the company’s mission, culture, and technology
Candidate Experience & Interview Process
- Deliver a high-touch, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates and interviewers, and ensure timely feedback
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, addressing questions on role scope, team, and compensation
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and compensation
- Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and hiring outcomes
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
- Ensure secure handling of employee personal data in compliance with GDPR, including access control and data minimization; support onboarding/offboarding processes aligned with ISO 27001 security policies.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Recruiting Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
- Proven success hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Data, DevOps, Product, IT)
- Ability to evaluate technical profiles and communicate credibly with technical stakeholders
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Experience using ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, HiBob, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics
- Comfort leveraging AI and automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities

Compensation Range
- Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Kiteworks competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
