Job Description
- Experience in writing content (Install/Admin/API guide/User guides/Configuration Guide/Command Reference Guide/Release Notes) for software products and applications.
- Exceptional knowledge in English grammar and language.
- Good understanding of complex domains, technologies, and authoring tools. Must have ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form.
- Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to speed.
- Must be strong in Technical Writing fundamentals (DDLC/Style Guide/Writing Style/Usages). Certification in technical communication (preferred)
- Work experience on XML-based authoring and content management system (CMS).
- Knowledge on documentation tools, such as FrameMaker, Ixiasoft CMS, Oxygen, and MS Office applications.
- Should have work experience in agile methodology.
- Knowledge on fundamentals of telecommunications/networking (preferred).
- Should have mentoring/reviewing skills.
- Experience in leading a team (end-to-end support to the team).
- Should have followed best practices (preferred).
- Generate innovative ideas/automate procedures for process improvements.
- CCNA certification (preferred).
- Good technical aptitude and attitude
