Job Description
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology, seeks a driven Territory Sales Executive to expand our reach in the SMB market. This role involves strategic outreach, execution of sales forecasts, and delivery of financial solutions to enhance client business operations. You will directly contribute to the company's growth by fostering lasting relationships with new and existing customers within your assigned territory.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify customer needs and market opportunities within the SMB sector. Provide expert knowledge of our payment solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients while nurturing existing accounts. Negotiate contracts to close agreements that maximize profits. Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and feedback to improve service delivery. Proven ability in territory management and sales planning. Strong negotiation skills and contract management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Solid background in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred. Training in negotiation or strategic sales planning is advantageous.
