Job Description Territory Sales Manager Total Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 (base salary + commission), depending on experience and qualifications, plus a car allowance. As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of MITER Brands within your region, representing our portfolio of industry‑leading window and door solutions through the retail channel. You’ll drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver expertise that helps our retail partners—and their customers—see the MITER Brands difference.
