Job Description:Communicate actively with supervisors and colleaguesAssist in POD return operations and billing controlInput and update POD and transporter billing dataInput and update consignee dataCreate, input, and monitor POD and transporter billingProcess input data for POD and billingPrepare daily job analysis and efficiency reportsCreate daily, weekly, and monthly reports Requirements:Minimal Diploma or Bachelor International Trade degree from recognized universityFresh Graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding or relevant logistics companyProficient in operating a computer, especially in using spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel or similar tools) for reporting and data analysisExcellent communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)Good understanding of product knowledge and customer service management (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)Preferably able to join immediately
