Job Summary:

We are seeking a Transportation Program manager with a strong background in Air Freight to join our dynamic logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless interaction with stakeholders, managing critical transportation data, and providing actionable insights to improve our logistics operations. An ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, analytical prowess, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for transportation providers, ensuring their successful onboarding and integration.Conduct in-depth analysis of transportation data to identify trends, performance discrepancies, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.Proactively monitor shipment flows, identifying and resolving potential pipeline stalls.Log and track systemic logistics issues through formal ticketing systems, holding partners accountable.Prepare escalation briefs and maintain communication with Google PMs and vendors for operational challenges.Must-Have Skills:Strong verbal & written English communication.Advanced analytics and proficiency in managing data sheets and reporting.Deep understanding of Air Freight logistics, including transit times and shipment monitoring.Industry Experience:Prior experience in Transportation/Logistics with a focus on Air Freight operations.
