Travel Executive

Title: Travel Agent Location: Mumbai Experience: 2+ years of experience OVERVIEW We are looking for a dynamic Travel Executive with experience in selling holiday packages. The role involves interacting with walk-in and enquiry-based customers, understanding their travel requirements, and recommending suitable domestic and international holiday packages. Key responsibilities: Handle counter sales for holiday packages and assist customers with travel planning. Sell domestic and international holiday packages, including both short-haul and long-haul destinations. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries. Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into bookings. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bookings and confirmations. Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience to all clients.

Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in selling travel or holiday packages. Candidates with experience from companies such as Thomas Cook, Veena World, or similar travel agencies are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Language proficiency: Hindi (mandatory), Basic English, and one regional language. Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach. No managerial experience required; this is an individual contributor role.
