Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to adults in an acute care setting
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring safe medication practices
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and communicate with patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of care, assessments, and progress notes
• Uphold professional practice standards in line with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• Ability to work the 12-hour night shift schedule (3x12 nights)
• Eligible for a travel assignment and able to perform in an acute care environment
• Commitment to patient safety, documentation accuracy, and evidence-based practice
