Travel Support Advisor

Dreams Travel CR is seeking a passionate Travel Support Advisor who loves tourism and customer service. This role is perfect for individuals looking to work remotely with a flexible schedule while creating unique and memorable travel experiences for clients. Responsibilities: Coordinate and personalize travel experiences based on each client’s needs and preferences.

Provide comprehensive guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Manage bookings and ensure detailed follow-up on each itinerary. Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience before, during, and after the trip.

Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients. Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Access to internet and a personal device (computer or smartphone). Interest or experience in travel/tourism is a plus (not required). Ability to work independently.
