TRIRIGA Helpdesk Mailbox Management Professional (Hybrid)
Location: Toronto downtown - hybrid
Duration: Initially 1 year
Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $55.00/hr
Job Description
- Monitor and manage the TRIRIGA Helpdesk mailbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and issues.
- Coordinate with business partners, technology teams, and vendors to resolve TRIRIGA-related incidents and requests.
- Maintain documentation and reporting related to TRIRIGA support activities.
- Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues related to TRIRIGA to the appropriate stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business application management, ideally with exposure to TRIRIGA or similar enterprise applications.
- Demonstrated experience supporting TRIRIGA or similar facilities management applications.
- Advanced knowledge of project delivery life cycle (PDLC) methodology, business testing, and project management.
- Experience managing shared mailboxes or helpdesk functions.
