Role Overview

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can balance strong product thinking with high-quality visual design. This role requires someone who can understand complex workflows and translate them into intuitive user experiences, while also delivering polished, modern, and consistent interfaces.

You’ll work across multiple products at Griphic, contributing to both how things work (UX) and how they look and feel (UI).

Key Responsibilities

UX & Product Thinking

• Drive the end-to-end UX process: user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
• Simplify complex workflows (especially AI-driven or data-heavy systems) into clear, usable experiences
• Design user journeys for dashboards, platforms, and enterprise tools
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to shape features from early stages
• Validate ideas through feedback, testing, and iteration

UI & Visual Design

• Design high-quality, visually polished interfaces aligned with Griphic’s premium and deep-tech brand
• Translate wireframes into production-ready UI with strong attention to typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Create consistent visual language across products
• Design interface states and reusable components
• Ensure responsiveness and usability across devices

Design Systems & Consistency

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components
• Ensure consistency across all product experiences
• Create and maintain design documentation for smooth developer handoff
• Work closely with developers to ensure design quality in implementation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and visual design skills

Solid understanding of:

• User experience principles and usability best practices
• Interaction design and information architecture
• Visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and related tools
• Experience designing for web platforms, SaaS products, or complex systems
• Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions
• Strong collaboration skills across product and engineering teams

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience with AI-driven or data-heavy products
• Exposure to B2B, enterprise, or HR tech platforms
• Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints
• Experience working with or building design systems
