About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of design solutions align with design specifications.
• Continuously improve and iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design decisions effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
• Knowledge of motion design and animation tools.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.
