Ui/ux Designer

With four years of industry experience, we partner with businesses to craft impactful digital experiences. As we expand our retainer-based services, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level UI/UX Designer with at least one year of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, delivering engaging digital experiences, and supporting occasional visual design needs for social media and marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical understanding, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and apply usability best practices.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and design systems.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Web Design & Dev Collaboration

• Design modern, conversion-focused websites aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with WordPress, Framer, Webflow developers to ensure seamless design execution.
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development.

Visual & Social Media Design

• Create occasional social media creatives, banners, and marketing visuals.
• Develop visually consistent assets for digital campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Maintain visual consistency across all client deliverables.

Collaboration & Process

• Work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX web design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in designing responsive and user-friendly websites.
• Basic knowledge of Wordpress, Framer, Webflow and an understanding of web development workflows.
• Familiarity with UX methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital agency environment.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks.
• Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly design and conversion optimization.
• Experience creating design systems and component libraries.
• Awareness of accessibility and usability standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
