Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a US Accounting and Accounts Payable Processor/Senior. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and account/vendor reconciliation. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AP and Vendor Reconciliation
• Bill.com experience is preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and financial analysis
• Effective Communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Experience in Invoice Processing and reviewing records for accuracy
• Familiarity with accounting software and ability to adapt to new financial tools
• Knowledge of US accounting principles and regulations
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
