A company is looking for a Manager, Design (UX Strategy). Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 designers across various career stages Act as a strategic advisor on client projects and guide team members in delivering high-quality UX and product design work Partner with leadership to align staffing, team health, and delivery quality across projects

Required Qualifications

Experience in developing designers through coaching and mentoring Strong foundation in UX strategy and/or product design with hands-on delivery experience Ability to lead work across multiple projects and client contexts Confidence operating as a strategic partner in client-facing environments Experience in providing structured feedback and growth planning for team members
