🎯 Your Mission & Impact
As an Accessibility Design Specialist / Product Design Accessibility Expert, your mission is to ensure that design deliverables created by product teams are accessible, well-defined, and ready for development.
You will act as the accessibility reference within the design team, supporting Product Designers in their continuous improvement and helping embed accessibility as a core pillar of the design process across global products.
Your work will have a direct impact on real users and on the overall quality and inclusiveness of solutions delivered to leading international clients.

- High attention to detail and ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and a constructive feedback mindset.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary product teams.
- Advanced Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have

🛠 What You’ll Do
- Review designs in Figma (flows, screens, components) from an accessibility perspective.
- Identify accessibility barriers, incorrect pattern usage, and definition gaps (alt text, labels, states, focus, screen reader behavior, etc.).
- Help define and ensure an accessible handoff from design to development.
- Provide constructive feedback to Product Designers and support them in their day-to-day work.
- Participate in regular sessions and workshops to reinforce accessibility best practices.
