Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, direct, and design operational activities of the IT departments
- Identify emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated and integrated within the organization
- Plan, implement, and maintain best practices related to technology
- Manage risk, allocate resources, prioritize projects, and research and recommend new systems, software products, and services
- Work with management to organize resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in IT management processes, application development, change management, computer operations, information security, and business continuity. A background in the telecommunications industry is preferred, but not required.
