We’re looking for a high‑impact, operationally brilliant VP of Slots Delivery to lead the full end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle for a fast‑growing global gaming organisation. If you thrive in scale, complexity, and high‑speed environments — this role puts you at the centre of it all.

With a production roadmap delivering 20+ new games every month, this is delivery at enterprise level: fast, coordinated, and operationally world‑class.

🚀 What You’ll Lead

As VP of Slots Delivery, you will:

• Own the global game delivery roadmap and release schedule
• Lead a high‑performing Project Management function
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams — math, art, animation, sound, frontend, backend, localisation, QA, certification, compliance, marketing & operations
• Manage resource planning, capacity, dependencies & throughput
• Track delivery KPIs (on‑time delivery, cycle time, readiness, certification success)
• Identify risks early, remove blockers fast, and keep delivery on track
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and pipelines
• Ensure new titles — and any live‑title issues — move to resolution quickly

You are the operational heartbeat ensuring every game launches on time, in scope, and at the highest quality.

• Has 10+ years in production/project/program management
• Brings 5+ years of senior leadership in fast-moving digital delivery
• Knows how to run multiple concurrent product pipelines at scale
• Understands digital game production end‑to‑end

• Is a master of capacity planning, resource allocation & delivery governance
• Communicates clearly, escalates decisively, and acts fast
• Lives for operational excellence, structure, detail, and predictability
• Has the energy, drive, and pace to match an elite production organisation

Experience in iGaming, mobile or PC game development is a strong advantage.
