Position Overview

This is a senior executive product leadership role owning the strategy, execution, and growth of an end-to-end Drone platform.

You will operate as the business owner for the product, responsible for scaling adoption across public safety agencies and driving both market expansion and revenue outcomes. The platform spans hardware, cloud software, and real-time operations, making this a highly complex, mission-critical system.

This role sits at the center of Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market, with direct impact on company growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full DFR product business, including strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes
• Define and deliver the long-term vision for a scalable, market-leading platform
• Drive product strategy across hardware, cloud platforms, and real-time operational workflows
• Partner closely with GTM to enable market expansion and successful product launches
• Engage directly with customers and senior stakeholders to shape product direction
• Lead and scale cross-functional product teams, ensuring execution against key milestones
• Establish and track core product metrics tied to growth, adoption, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement of product reliability, usability, and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product leadership, including experience at Director / VP level
• Proven track record owning and scaling complex, enterprise-grade product businesses
• Strong technical foundation with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
• Experience leading products that combine hardware + software + cloud platforms
• Demonstrated success driving product-led growth and commercial outcomes
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging market insights to inform strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience in drones, robotics, or autonomous systems
• Background in public safety, law enforcement, or federal markets
• Exposure to real-time operations, command-and-control, or ISR systems
• Experience scaling products in regulated or mission-critical environments
