What You’ll Do

As a Video Editor at GetFound, you’ll create high-performing video content for paid ads and social media, supporting international campaigns and our top clients with visuals that look premium, tell clear stories, and drive results.

Video Editing:Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts, and social media advertisements)Enhance visuals with pacing, sound design, music, subtitles, basic color correction, and clean transitions.

Creative Collaboration:Work closely with our creative leaders to understand the brief, target audience, and objectiveTranslate scripts/ideas into strong visual storytelling and propose edits that improve performance.

Workflow & File ManagementManage projects cleanly: naming conventions, organized folders, versioning, archiving.Maintain editable project files for future reuse and quick revisions.

Trends & Continuous ImprovementStay up-to-date with editing styles, ad trends, hooks, pacing, and motion design best practices.Share references or improvement ideas that can elevate our creative output.

Qualifications:

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience as a video editor (agency experience is a plus).Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut Pro is acceptable; Adobe workflow preferred).Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail (audio levels, subtitles timing, smooth cuts).Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).

A Plus if you have

Motion design skills (After Effects / Motion / basic animation).Experience editing performance creatives for paid ads (Meta/TikTok/YouTube).Familiarity with AI creative tools for ideation and production workflows, such as: Midjourney, Kling, OpenArt, and Google Veo.
