๐ง ๐ป The Role: YouTube Long-Form Video Editor
๐ What Youโll Work On:
๐ Daily Output
Edit 2 minutes of high-quality footage per day
๐บ Content Type:
Editing 8โ15 minute YouTube videos (mostly talking-head educational content)
๐ฏ Storytelling:
Structure videos with strong narrative flow, pacing, and retention techniques
โจ Enhancements:
Add motion graphics, transitions, clean text animations, and engaging visuals
๐ค Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative and strategy team to maintain consistent quality
โ What Weโre Looking For:
โ 2+ years of experience in long-form YouTube editing
โ Strong understanding of storytelling & audience retention
โ Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
โ Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
โญ Bonus Skills:
โข Masking & advanced After Effects
โข Audio mixing and sound design
โข Motion graphics
